Many years ago I remember having to bend an NOS hinge to get it to work correctly. I didn't do the bending, a shop did. Oh and they used the wrong technique to do it, and bent out the hinge box opening, not happy about that. The NOS door would not adjust out hardly at all. Bending and enlongating the holes are some options. This was a TF truck.
