| | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 25 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 25 | I have a similar situation and I was told that if the axle or brakes ever leaked, that it will impregnate the shoe material and cause it to stick/lock. The shoes will look fine. You have to fix the leak if it is still there and replace the shoes.
