When I got my truck there were no coolant leaks, but it did not warm up--as I suspected it had no thermostat. So, for the good of the engine I installed one and discovered that my radiator is toast. I also found some coolant leaking into the cab beneath the heater. I have not traced out the electrical of the heater--the fan does work. Here is my question--how do you get to the heater core? I took off some small sheet-metal screws and still the bottom was not totally free.
