jock, each warning light requires 2 wires. one side should be connected to 12volt on the ignition side of the ignition switch your kit should have a wire marked for this or find a circuit with a test light that is on connected to ignition. The other side of the warning lights should go to oil sender, temp sender if used and the alternator should have a male terminal (spade type) connect it there not the large stud that is for the battery thus 2 wire alternator

p.s just put dropped stubs in much better, only problem not can't get trolley jack under it
