OK...I tore out all the old wiring from a perfectly good running truck and replaced with new. As stated above, everything ran fine. The old wiring just needed to go.
Anyway, I re-wired the motor group and ignition per directions verbatim from a wire-harness manufacturer. My motor turns over just fine, but I'm not getting any spark from the plugs nor from the top of the coil when I pull that top wire off that leads to the distributor.
Any ideas? I have a straight 6, 235 all original stuff.
