I agree, I had to help every time there is a window installation. Two people to help push and shove. I think we used spray dish detergent to help slid in. We had the old tool that looks like a curly screwdriver on the end, but I think the bone would be less brutal. Sometimes we would have to go in the house ater working on it for 45 minutes ,have a cup of tea, start over, and it would take 15 minutes. Be sure it is going the right way. ;-) good luck.
