Denny, I got my 1st rad from Jim Carter, & it was delivered by FedEx. It looked like it had fallen off the truck, been run over,& put back on the truck. I woulda sent it back but I really needed it. After straightening alot of fins I was happy to see it didn't leak, & the dent in the bottom is not visible when mounted. Bought one a couple years ago from rad.com-it arrived thru UPS w/o a mark on the box or radiator, + it arrived in 2 days. In fact, it was packed so well it was hard to get outta the box. Very happy w/them. Brian
