| | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 899 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 899 | M on the end means the engine is a 1958 283, out of a truck with a manual transmission, 2 barrel carb, rated at 160 HP. It's probably the original engine to that truck.
