I beg your pardon InMy40s - A square hole is something like a jumbo shrimp... just kidding. Here is an adjusting proceedure from a Japanese manual as best as I can recall...
"When adjusting rockvolt turn rightwise until likewise, otherwise while turning leftwise until rockwasher is there"
If that doesn't work I always tighten the first bolt until it breaks and then tighten the rest just a tad less.
If you don't care for the previous instructions InMy40s suggestions sound pretty rightwise to me.
