If not, what I would do is measure the inside of the tires to make sure they will clear the springs first, and if so reposition the spring perches on the axle. Will probably need to get your drive shaft modified to fit the new dimensions, and I'd think your brake system may need a boost to push larger brakes on a later rear end. Just me thinkin out loud tho.
