Does anyone here have any experience with Ospho? It's a rust treatment with a very light consistency, almost like water. The active ingredient is phosphoric acid, the same ingredient used in naval jelly, and most commerical rust removers. The makers claim that it chemically neutralizes rust, leaving a black coating that can be primed and painted.
