No title is a big problem. Even in states that exempt old vehicals from a lot of DMV hassiles, it will still take a major effort to get a new title. I'm not saying it can't be done, it most likely can, but it "DEFINITELY" drives the initial price down. He hasn't come up with a title yet 'cuzz he most likely doesn't have one. Buyer beware.
