Chris's 46 / 515 'Bolter C Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 478 JAX. FL.	My 46 COE has a top speed of about 40, when your seting on top of the front axle things are a little more bouncy. Even with new front tires 1946 C.O.E. with a Holmes Traffic King Wrecker
