I think both brands used the silver/charcoal combination for 1960-1961. They switched to the goldish Fawn color for 1962. 1962 GMC's even had the top of the dash painted to match the seat upholstery on Custom cabs. From then on it's all that goldish Fawn except for the dash on 1966 Chevy's. Then there's the occasional use of white accents on some of the steering columns and door panels. Then again most of these trucks have been repainted or had so many parts swapped it's hard to tell!
