I had looked at the Steele Rubber for site for my hard to find vent window rubber and there was none listed. I posted my problem on the ATHS site and was advised to call them with my needs. Sure enough, they had vent window rubber for a 1959 GMC 860. Seems as though someone had a good set of originals that was looking for replacements and so they made a mold. I ordered a set and I should have them by Monday.
I told Hank from Steele, when he told me that he had them, that I felt I like I had hit the lottery! After all, this was reportedly the Holy Grail item on the truck.
A big thumbs up for Steele Rubber!
