I wouldn’t argue the point that the core is shot Dave. There are signs that it’s been leaking in a few spots and since it wasn’t dripping when I drove it home and didn’t drip on the floor sitting in the barn, I would suspect that the previous owner has already gone the Bar’s Leaks route. So it’s just a matter of time before I see it popping thru elsewhere. I don’t like to be surprised by my trucks, cars, motorcycle or airplanes so I’d rather fix it right the first time and not get stuck miles from home one day.
I goin’ with a repop for sure just don’t know from who just yet.

Well Jerry, our hosts here at the Stovebolt and their helpers do this out of the goodness of their hearts because of the love of the hobby. However, to keep up the site, new equipment, software updates and the service provider does require that someone comes up with the coin.
