I would say yes too the rearend, along with the Camaro front clip,Now you have your motor mounts and power steering.Disk breaks power.You use your stock tranny crossmenber.Just have to notch out the crossmenber for the 350 tranny.The drive shaft is last thing.good luck things will fall together
