That particular tirade didn't seem very welcoming to me either. This site has lots of bells and whistles, and it takes quite a bit of looking around before you get the hang of it.
Before you get chased off steaming, remember the old Chinese proverb;
Deal with the faults of others as gently as with your own .
You can't leave until the rocker arm issue is solved!
