More or less, yes the housing is the same. I think there might be slight width difference. The '60-'62 also used a simlar housing, but I think it might be even wider, plus it's setup for the coil spring suspension on 2wd trucks. There was a Posi option on the '60-'62 alxe, but it was very rare, and no parts are being made for it, although there is still a listing for replacment clutch packs for them through the GM dealers.
