| | | | Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 21 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 21 | Does anyone have any pics of a 55-2 gmc radiator support? Mine has been cut...There seems to be no connection from the radiator support/inner fender/fender to the frame except out at the bumper...
The top panels on both sides are gone and there is no arch support over the top to prevent top fender flex (in/out). The radiator itself is the only tie... I need to fab some brace for the top and figure some way to tie the bottom corners somehow to the frame. The chevy assembly manual shows a frame bracket assbly. and some cross braces,but does the gmc look different? any help would be cool....
