I use Rustoleum also with the same problem clogging nozzles .I have done everything to prevent it shacking the can , temperature ,clean it out with can upside down.The best thing I found was to change the tip with one that works .A few cans I just returned for a new one seemed to be clogged in the can.The AUTOZONE Rustoleum has a larger tip ,I like the spray pattern of it better but they do clog still.
