Thanks Andrew, I have already removed the EZ plug and fitted new terminals as I had to shorten the wires anyway.

I suppose I could have used a Delco switch which should have fitted right first time.
Problem over here is that the FLAPS guys throw a fit if it isn't a standard British car/truck part!
It was just easier to get a Lucas unit.
