I have to agree with these guys. The panel truck is for hiding your work tools and products. A burb is for hauling passengers. So what is it that you want to do with the truck? I remember in the 70's, all of the vans had beds and lounge areas and they didn't have windows. (They mostly smelled like bong water, too!)
Maybe you could trade your panel to someone with a burb, and you could both be happy!
