Yea i have seen that thread a few times, LMC truck has engine mounts for a 283 4.6L v8 option for the 62' gmc model listed in their catalog, i figured since a 350 is the same block as the 283 i could order a set of those after i get my stock tranny beefed up to handle the 350. Think the rear end will hold up to the power or might i need to switch that out? and do you think the lmc 283 mounts would work since they are factory replacement?
