I have a 1968 c-10 which is stripped down to the frame and been sand blasted. My question is what strength bolt should I use to reattach my crossmember that is under the engine? I also have to attach the first and last crossmembers, still looking for the last one if anyone has one for good price, to the chassis as well. They looked like someone tried to fight a stump and lost so I removed them. I have #5 strengh bolts and I have been told it would be okay by a knowledgeable person, but just wanted to get yall's opinion.
