While it does have a PTO on it, and has had some welding/modifications done to the chassis in the rearI don't think it was a wrecker. The bumper (top) is welded to the bottom one, but there is zero support for it on the backside, I believe that the truck was used at one of the mine sites in that area. I've not actually met the previous owner of the truck yet, but spoken with him on the phone many times. I'm looking forward to getting a chance to sit down with a beer and chat, see what he knows about the trucks history.
