homer52, Several years ago Montgomery Ward did offer remanufactured engins in their catalog and at their
retail stores. The tag you are referring to lists
the specifications of the engine after it was assembled.
The first spec. is the bore oversize. [+.o40]
The second spec. is the main undersize. [-.020]
The third spec. is the rods undersize. [-.???]
See, not too hard to understand.
All rebuilt engines need to be taged this way.
