I agree that the two problems seem to run hand in hand. However in my quest to find the rocker problem I did check to see that the rockers were getting oiled. They were and the lifters were filling. The rockers kept on breaking however. Lack of oil to this last broken rocker could be a factor since it is just now that the rockers stopped getting oil. But once again only intakes break.
