On the side with the spark plugs, there is a sheet metal cover that covers the lifter area. It runs from front to back. Does the cover come all the way up and surround the spark plugs or is it shorter? A photo of that side would be helpful.
You appear to have one of hte Inliner oil filters which people seem to be looking for.
