the interior light gets power at all times from one terminal of the light switch ["D" for dome, orange wire], when you turn the interior light on the 'click' of turning the knob applies the ground [white wire] .... the factory fuse panel is labeled as to what things are and the colors are shown on the wiring diagram [accessories might be anything, but mostly just black and white] ... factory fuse panels are only installed if there's accessories, they don't carry fuses for the basics like main lights
