Any type of spray oil should work. Just go to the local store and look for something that soaks in rust, there are plenty of brands out there. Just keep it wet for a while and every so often, tap a little on it to see if will move a little. Don't forget to spray both ends, the dead end has a small cap in the manifold so spray from the inside of the manifold on that end and both sides of the weighted end.
