An apparent wealthy man had the 216 ci motor pulled out of a 50 Chev 3100 to have it completely
overhauled...add new is a distributor, new wires,
new oil filter, fuel pump, and a recent rebuit carb.
The three speed transmission is attatched..after
installing the overhauled engine, the truck was taken to a Friend of Mine that builds rods, chopping
rooves, ect...My Friend Mike says to Him you need a 350 with a T400 to show off at a redlight, and under that cover is what You want....He bought it plus rodding the truck....I got a phone call, " Bill would You be interested in a new rebuilt 216cid..as a spare engine....Yuppers $200.00
