You might be missing a baffle and having oil get sucked right back into the intake. Usually oil getting past the rings burns completely. You are lucky you aren't fouling your plugs. Bad valve guide seals usually smoke on long down hills and at idle. Bad rings usually smoke under hard acceleration.
