I did my own disk brake conversion on my 36 1.5ton axle using police tahoe brake parts. I fabbed up my own bracketry. I cant really speak to how well it works since my truck hasn't hit the road yet, but the calipers are massive twin piston set ups, so I do believe it will work very well
