I agree that the original post seems to be mixing two topics. and reference to which seat he has is confusing (and contradictory).
Regarding: "Should be able to use the back seat for the 3rd and find the correct 2nd"
I think the point is that he has the correct third seat and will place it in the position of the second seat until he finds the correct ??? (2nd) seat?
