a driver side lock was optional so unless you are trying to win the most points in an originality contest, "belonging" isn't really worth the trouble ... but if you really need to fiddle, the easiest way would be to remove the inner door panels, remove the 2 screws that hold each outer handle in [if they're not corroded tight], switch sides and re-install
