I see that both use the same Conecting rods. Same part number. So is the only differance between a 230 & 250 the Pistons & Crank shaft? 230 have a higher RPM due to a shorter stroke? I realy would like to know if this 230 engine, plan on purchasing will work with my 250cid crank, pistons, cam good parts ect. The 250 has a crack water jacket on the block. Thats why i need to replace it. This is the number near the Distribitor on the 230 engine. F0215NE Have NO idea what the numbers mean? | | |
