Have you ever put three carbs on a 2156/235/261? What intake manifold did you use? Did you have clearance problems with the rear-most manifold?
I went to a local ATHS show in Liverpool last summer and one 54 Chevrolet truck had a
235 with a 3-carb intake. He had an interesting (and successful) mounting plate for the rear-most carb - it replaced the normal insulator block and also moved the carb to clear the firewall.
His 3-carb set-up had an more interesting (and successful) progressive linkage between the three carbs.
