Yes. The only issues will be that you'll have to use bolts and nuts on the lower mounting holes, as the truck bellhousing isn't tapped like the passenger car and the passenger trans isn't tapped like the truck
I used grade 8 bolts and nuts on the bottom mounting holes. Both the transmission and the bell housing holes were large enough without drilling and there was room for the nut. This is on a saginaw out of a 72 Nova and a factory V8 truck.
