The owner's name is Kenneth something and he is on the site sometimes. http://www.classicgenerator.com/I bought a starter rebuild kit from him, and it seemed to have all the parts I needed. I have no idea how the price compares with what your local parts store would have, but he knows his stuff. Whenever I visit my (American) FLAPS I end up spending days or weeks waiting for the wrong parts to come, after hanging in the store for an hour or so while they search the internet for a supplier as good as the one listed above...
