The guys on this site are mainly using a tool collection to restore or rebuild an old pickup,no need to spend all of that money.
Dale, I'm going to agree with you 100% on this. Other than perhaps a few specialty tools not available otherwise, the average guy working on his own stuff can get along just fine using Craftsman, Kobalt, or Gearwrench tools. I'll even admit to having some of all 3 in by toolbox at home, and even a few at the shop. I do have mostly Snap-On and Mac in my toolbox at work, though.
