Thanks for the input. Mine's got what appears to be a 2.40 rear end, seems a little highly geared. Like you I'm also running a TH350. I'll actually be on side streets more often than not so I was even thinking something lower, like a 2.73 or along the lines of the 3.08 like you've got. So you're running around 2600 at highway speeds? Not too buzzy? A 2.73 would put me around 2300.
ETA - PS Like your truck. Pretty much what I'm going for - period correct looking, but with modern driving comfort.
