It's critical that your floor is level so that those brackets only touch the frame at the mounting bolt location. Also critical is the location of the mounting bolts. The hole in the bracket has to line up with hole in the floor. Once you have that established those holes should line up with the holes in the frame.

It's a good idea to check the fit of your doors to see how all that lines up. Test fitting will save you a TON of aggravation later on.

A lot can go wrong here so proceed with caution.
