Hi Bill,
Yes, when I removed the 2 bolts on the stat cover, to pull the stat out, a whole bunch of water flowed out. I did not refill the radiator when I ran the engine.
On installing the stat, do I put the spring down or up?
I forgot to look when I pulled it out.
