| | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 31 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 31 | i was wondering what grit of sandpaper you guys used to remove surface rust on your trucks,my cab and bed are completely covered in surface rust.I have been using a DA air sander with 80 grit disk,but it seems to be going really slow and not getting to much off.Whats a good safe grit to get rid of he rust without scratching the metal to much? | | |
