My '53 3600 has never had defrost outlets installed before. I purchased a heater and defroster assembly from classic Parts (#68-991A). Are the outlets attached with sheet metal screws or nuts and bolts? Nothing came with them.
The second question is whether they attach in such a way as to aim toward the firewall or toward the cab interior? I have everything out of the dash at this time and don't want to put them in one way and have to take stuff out again to do them the oposite direction.
