| | | | Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 23 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 23 | Hi, I have 1953 GMC,270 CI, Hydormatic, 5 window basket case converted to 12 volt, I have new style ignition switch and it works great but I wanted to put original switch in and use starter button. No matter what combination I try on the 3 posts on back of ignition switch the moment I turn the key on it trys to start. Is this a bad switch or how can I find correct way to wire if possible.
