One of the wires to the generator in my truck was broke off. I couldn't get the bolt off where the connection went, so I pulled the generator off. The copper wire inside the generator was broke that connected to the bolt. I think my turning the bolt, twisted it until it broke inside. I assume I can splice in some additional copper wire. However the plastic piece the keeps the bolt from turning is all but gone. Any ideas on fixing this? Can the platic piece be replaced? Thanks for any advice from any of you who have had fun with this similar issue.
