Hello guys
I have my 58 truck running after a complete rebuilt from engine, brakes , electrical .
and it works nice .
but now i find that the top speed is not so high comparing to the other traffic .
and with high revs it is not healthy for my gas mileage .
now i am thinking of changing the inside things of my rear axle .that is still standard .
my question ,is it worth the effort to do such job does it realy make a big difference and can anybody advice or point in any direction .
here in the netherlands we have no option for second hand axles as a powerglide option .
i have to buy new parts wat will be the best option ?
i have looked at carter trucks website and it looks good at first sight .
