thanks John for the pics on the mounts. Yes, they are the same as the ones you show. I ordered the 1/2 ton kit from Classic Parts. They didn't defferentiate between 4x4 or not but will give it a try.
Did you jack up each side of the cab and put the mounts on, one at a time? My rear driver side rubber mount is completely gone and the vibrations while driving are terrible. I'm starting that project next weekend.
